Vehiqqo processes personal data to arrange vehicle transport, trips to the technical inspection and driver hire. This policy explains which data we process, why, and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 1. Data we process - Account data: name, company, email address, phone number, VAT or company number. - Mission data: addresses, vehicle details, schedules, photos, signatures and GPS check-ins during active missions. - Driver applications: identity document, driving licence, date of birth, company details, bank details, and documents such as the registration paper of a dealer plate or a picture of a trailer. - The messages you send us through support tickets or the chat. 2. Why we use it To quote, plan and carry out missions, to verify drivers, to prove the condition of vehicles at pickup and delivery, to invoice, to answer your questions and to meet our legal obligations. 3. Location data Drivers share their location only while a mission is active (check-ins and live tracking). Sharing stops when the mission ends. 4. Sharing Mission details are shared with the assigned driver; the driver's name and contact details are shared with the customer of that mission. For hosting, email and maps we use processors, within the EU where possible. We never sell personal data. 5. Retention Mission records and invoices are kept for 10 years (accounting obligations). Other data is kept no longer than needed for the purpose it was collected for. 6. Your rights You can access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to partner@vehiqqo.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
