Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every use of the Vehiqqo platform (website, customer portal and app) and to every request booked through it. 1. Service Vehiqqo connects customers who need a vehicle moved, taken to the technical inspection or driven with independent, verified drivers. Vehiqqo plans and follows up every mission; the driver carries it out. 2. Your account Keep your login details confidential and make sure the information in your account is correct and up to date. Business accounts are activated after review by Vehiqqo. 3. Quotes and bookings Every request receives a quote. A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote in the portal. The price covers the items listed in the quote. Approved extra costs (tolls, fuel, parking, waiting time) are invoiced at cost, with proof. 4. Cancellation A request can be cancelled free of charge until a driver has been assigned. When a mission is cancelled within 24 hours of its planned start, or after a driver has been assigned, the waiting time and travel already incurred may be invoiced. 5. Handover and condition of the vehicle At pickup and delivery the driver records photos, the mileage, the fuel level and a signature. Report any damage on the delivery report: damage that is not reported at delivery cannot be accepted afterwards. Make sure the vehicle is roadworthy and insured, and is handed over with its keys and the required documents. 6. Drivers Drivers hold a valid driving licence, hand in their verification documents and keep them up to date. Vehiqqo may suspend a driver account when documents are invalid or missions are cancelled repeatedly. 7. Invoicing and payment Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 30 days by bank transfer. Customers with a periodic agreement receive one invoice every two weeks or every month for the missions completed in that period. 8. Liability and insurance Vehicles are insured during missions under the platform insurance, subject to its conditions and deductibles. Vehiqqo is not liable for indirect damage, nor for personal belongings left in a vehicle. 9. Applicable law These terms are governed by Belgian law.
